In 2023, the City undertook a review of Boards and Commissions and associated processes. The attached presentation slides highlight updates and changes. Given the ongoing public safety hiring challenges, City staff is also reviewing current hiring processes and data to identify opportunities for efficiencies while maintaining the integrity of the process.
