BACKGROUND:
On April 26, 2023, Electric Utility lead stocker Victoria Richardson suffered an injury at work. Richardson treated for her injury and has returned to her job.
DISCUSSION:
Richardson and the City have agreed to resolve her pending workers’ compensation claim for a one-time payment of $68,862.01.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City shall make a one-time payment of $68,862.01.
