BACKGROUND:
In support of the City's priority to provide utility services that are reliable and safe, in October 2025, the Water Utilities issued Bid 25-241, Maplebrook Phase II Water Main Improvements. The project includes the replacement of the water main on the following streets in the Maplebrook Subdivision: Olympus Drive, Cardinal Lane, Dove Court, Tamarack Avenue, Sandpiper Lane, Triton Lane, and Washington Street.

The purpose of the project is to replace aging and deficient water main on these streets. The existing 6-inch cast iron water main was installed in the 1960's and it will be replaced and upsized to 8-inch ductile iron pipe in accordance with City standards.
