Provide feedback on the 2025 Sister Cities Commission Annual Report

At their December 5, 2023 meeting, the City Council directed staff to provide annual updates on all the City's boards and commissions and the effectiveness of their missions. The attached annual report template provides an opportunity to discuss accomplishments and challenges from 2025 and planned activities in 2026.
The Sister Cities Commission should be prepared to provide input on the annual report contents at this meeting. A final copy of the report will then be presented to the Sister Cities Commission at the January 2026 meeting for approval. Reports from all boards and commissions will be transmitted to the City Council in February.
