BACKGROUND:
The City Council awarded RFP 22-128 to Civiltech Engineering on May 17, 2022 in the amount of $229,744.50. The purpose of this contract is to provide design engineering services and prepare construction documents for the utility, roadway, and streetscape improvements on Washington Street from Chicago Avenue to Benton Avenue.

The schematics were useful to the public and City Council when providing direction on the different streetscape alternatives.
