BACKGROUND:
The Naperville Park District, located at 320 W Jackson Avenue, holds the contract with Mad Bomber Fireworks Productions.
The 2023 Community Fireworks Show will be at Frontier Sports Complex at 3380 Cedar Glade Road.
DISCUSSION:
In accordance with the Naperville Municipal Code, an application for a fireworks permit must be approved by the City Council. The required paperwork has been filed with the Fire Department. A plan for this event is attached with the application along with the certificate of insurance naming the City of Naperville as an additional insured.
