As discussed at the June meeting, Commissioners have been designated to specific roles and responsibilities in order to build and strengthen relationships with Cancun, Nitra, and Patzcuaro while also focusing on local arts, education, and business connections and projects with our Sister Cities. Commissioners shared areas of interest and have been assigned the roles below.

The Commission will set a goal for each of these categories at this meeting. Discussion of each goal will include: the goal, outcome to be achieved, scope, anticipated resources needed, any approvals required by other groups or agencies, and schedule. Updates on these goals will be discussed at each Sister Cities Commission meeting.
