This item was tabled from the November 7, 2023 City Council meeting to allow staff to analyze compatibility issues concerning simultaneously serving as a PZC commissioner and a local township trustee. Attached is a letter from the potential appointee resigning her position as a township trustee, conditioned upon being sworn-in as a PZC commissioner. The resignation resolves any incompatibility and conflict concerns related to simultaneously holding both positions.
