PURPOSE:
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide the Public Utility Advisory Board (PUAB) with copies of the IMEA Executive Board, Full Board and Committee Meeting Minutes as approved by the IMEA board or in draft form, as available. Additionally, at the request of community members IMEA provides PJM transmission bills to the city for transparency.
