Approve the 2027 Transportation Advisory Board meeting schedule

BACKGROUND:
Transportation Advisory Board (TAB) meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Each year a meeting schedule is established, and the dates are included int eh City of Naperville’s meeting calendar.
DISCUSSION:
The 10 proposed 2027 TAB meeting dates are:
• January 7, 2027
• February 4, 2027
• March 4, 2027
• May 6, 2027
• June 3, 2027
• August 5, 2027
• September 2, 2027
• October 7, 2027
• November 4, 2027
• December 2, 2027
Please note that no April or July meetings are being proposed because of the proximity to spring break and the Fourth of July.
TAB meetings are scheduled monthly, except when in conflict with holidays. As the volume of agenda items varies throughout the year, staff will cancel scheduled meetings when there are no matters needing immediate TAB action. Over the past ten years, the number of annual TAB meetings has ranged from five to nine with an average of just over 6.
