BACKGROUND:
In accordance with the Naperville Municipal Code, an application for the fireworks permit must be approved by the City Council.
DISCUSSION:
Naperville Country Club is located at 25 W. 570 Chicago Avenue. All the necessary paperwork has been filed with the Fire Department. A scaled plan for this event is attached with the application along with the appropriate Certificate of Insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
