BACKGROUND:

At the May 19th meeting, the City Council awarded the construction contract for the NCC Riverwalk Park to Baumgartner Construction, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $2,049,192.32.  Construction on the site commenced on Wednesday, May 27th.  The contract completion date is October 30, 2026.

 

DISCUSSION:

Work at the NCC Park continues to focus on the installation of low flow retaining wall, plaza, and foundations for the North Central College gateway sign.
