Brad Rogers incurred two work related injuries during his employment with the City. Rogers has since recovered from his work-related injuries.
DISCUSSION:
The City and Rogers have agreed to a settlement of $118,596.00 to resolve his workers’ compensation claims.
FISCAL IMPACT:
A one-time payment of $118,596.00.
