BACKGROUND:
On June 24, 2021, Ms. Deanne L. Brown submitted a Fair Housing Complaint (FH-012121) to the Human Rights and Fair Housing Commission (HRFHC). The complaint was received by the Community Services Department staff and forwarded to Geneace Williams, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager and HRFHC co-staff liaison.
At its last meeting on July 12, 2021, the Commission received a summary of the complaint and voted unanimously to direct staff to proceed with an investigation and recommendation.
DISCUSSION:
Staff will present investigation findings and request that the Commission concur with the recommendation.
