At the September 3, 2019 City Council meeting, CityGate Center II, LLC (“Owner”) received approval to construct a five-story, 285-unit multi-family building at the northeast corner of Westings Avenue and CityGate Lane. Included in the approval, the Council accepted the Owner’s offer to contribute $200,000.00 to promote affordable or attainable housing in the City of Naperville, or for such other related purpose as the City deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
