BACKGROUND:
In June of 2025, the City hired Ramsey Historic Consultants, Inc. to conduct an updated survey of the Naperville Historic District. Throughout October and November, Ramsey conducted field work and research in order to complete a survey form for each structure in the district; this form includes information such as the structure’s architectural style, significant features, and changes/alterations that have been made over time.
DISCUSSION:
Ramsey Historic Consultants have prepared a brief introductory presentation about the Historic Survey. After presenting, the consultant will invite questions, feedback and discussion from the public.
