BACKGROUND:
Firefighter/paramedic David Bucher reported a work-related injury on May 17, 2019. Bucher has since recovered from the injury and retired from the Fire Department.
DISCUSSION:
The City has agreed to enter into a settlement contract to resolve Bucher’s workers’ compensation claim for $86,210.88.
FISCAL IMPACT:
A one-time payment of $86,210.88
