Richard Lo was awarded $30,000 for a mural at the 95th Street Library. The library does not want to move forward with this project at this time. Richard Lo and Art of Inclusion are requesting to use the funds for a mural on the east wall of the Sephora store located at 132 W. Jefferson Ave.
