BACKGROUND:
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires a public hearing prior to submission of a CDBG Annual Action Plan.
DISCUSSION:
A 30-day public comment period and public hearing are required prior to submission of the Annual Action Plan (AAP). The Program Year 2023 AAP was made available to the public for review and comment beginning January 6, 2023. Public comments are accepted through the date of the public hearing on February 7, 2023.
To date, no comments have been received.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Allocation of approximately $535,000 Community Development Block Grant Program Year 2023 funds.
