ENTITLEMENTS REQUESTED:
A major change conditional use for an automobile service station in the B2 zoning district.
BOARD/COMMISSION REVIEW:
Official notice for the public hearing for PZC 21-1-079 was published in the Naperville Sun on January 29, 2023.

BACKGROUND:

The property is zoned B2 (General Commercial District) and is improved with a Bucky's Mobil automobile service station and car wash.
