BACKGROUND:
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires a public hearing prior to submission of the Annual Action Plan
DISCUSSION:
A 30-day public comment period and public hearing are required prior to submission of the Annual Action Plan. The Program Year 2026 Annual Action Plan was made available to the public for review and comment beginning December 31, 2025. Public comments are accepted through the date of the public hearing on February 3, 2026.
To date, no comments have been received.
