Receive public comment on the CY26 SECA Grant Fund applications

The CY26 SECA Grant Fund applications were provided to the SECA Commission on October 08, 2025. Since that time, Commissioners have been individually reviewing the applications.
This meeting is scheduled for the Commission to hear public comments from applicants in attendance and ask questions related to their requests.
The Commission will take all comments and responses under advisement and continue to individually evaluate applications. The Commission will meet on December 11, 2025 to determine a unified funding recommendation for all requests.
The unified funding recommendation will be presented to City Council for approval in early 2026. City Council has final funding authority.
