BACKGROUND:
On December 2, 2021, Firefighter Paramedic Scott Fisher was injured while on duty. He has recuperated from his injury and has returned to full duty work for the Naperville Fire Department.
DISCUSSION:
The City and Fisher have agreed to a one-time payment of $81,997 to resolve his workers’ compensation claim.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will make a one-time payment of $81,997 to resolve the claim.
