BACKGROUND:
Three projects on or adjacent to the Riverwalk are currently in progress:
• Eagle Street Gateway
• Fredenhagen Park Fountain Repairs
• Fredenhagen Park Miscellaneous Repairs
A status update for each project is provided below.
DISCUSSION:
Eagle Street Gateway
Construction continues the Eagle Street Gateway project. See attached photo. Various retaining walls, staircase components, and landscaping have been installed over the past few weeks. Completion is expected in October.
Fredenhagen Park Fountain Repairs
The contractor has installed the conduit and Park Distrct staff have restored the brick pavers. See attached photo. The next step will be the application of the new waterproof liner pending appropriate weather conditions. The project is expected to be completed in October with activation of the fountain to follow.
Fredenhagen Park Miscellaneous Repairs
The cleaning and staining work on various features within Fredenhagen Park is complete. See attached photos.
