BACKGROUND:
On April 28, 2018, Vickie Davis was injured while on City-owned property. She later filed a personal injury lawsuit against the City of Naperville.
DISCUSSION:
The City of Naperville and Davis have agreed to a settlement of her personal injury lawsuit for a one-time payment of $70,000.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City shall make a one-time payment to Vickie Davis in the amount of $70,000.
