On May 12, 2025, staff was informed that the Naperville Salute Charitable Organization has cancelled the Naperville Salute for CY25. The event had been awarded a total of $100,700 in SECA CY25 funding, $48,700 for City Services and $52,000 for Operations. These funds may be reallocated by the direction of the Commission, with subsequent approval by City Council.
