BACKGROUND:
On August 15, 2017, Water Utilities Tech Israel Pasillas suffered an injury while performing job related duties. He was treated for his injuries and returned to full duty work.
DISCUSSION:
Pasillas and the City have agreed to resolve his workers’ compensation claim for $80,433.87.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will make a one-time payment of $80,433.87 to Israel Pasillas.
