1. Review the CY24 SECA Grant Fund application/approval process
2. Discuss potential changes for CY25 including, but not limited to, the following:
• Receiving public comment from applicants vs. scoring applications on their own merits
• Categorizing “trade fairs” as special events
• Requiring display of the SECA Grant Fund Program logo
• Review how the initial SECA mission to provide seed money has evolved
• Capping the number of consecutive years applicants can receive funding
